Paid-Time Off and Holidays

Full-time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, sick leave or personal reasons.  Under this program, employees accrue PTO at varying rates based on length of employment at 1105.

In addition to PTO, the company provides a generous schedule of paid holidays to full-time employees.

401(k) Savings Plan

All regular (full-time and part-time) employees age 21 and over are eligible to participate in our 401k Savings Plan. You can join the plan as early as the 1st of the month following your first 30 days of employment.
